This code builds a single, standalone graphing application 'chirp',
which puts the linearized sinusoidal/chirp estimation code through its
paces with varied inputs and graphs the results.

REQUIREMENTS:

A GNU-ish build system (automake, autoconf, GNU make)
Cairo development libraries (libcairo and headers)
A reasonably serious amount of CPU

BUILD (from SVN):

./autogen.sh
make
